For my radio
drama, I have chosen some locations that will suit my radio drama, this is also
where I cam create my own sound records with the Foley sound effects. For my
radio drama, I have used two images that will suit my radio drama and the first
one is:
School bell:
I will use
the school bell to create the sound of students getting late to their next
lessons in the background. The school bell is a perfect location because it
shows that the radio drama is being made in a school environment. I will use
this sound towards the middle of the radio drama as it will be loud and clear
and because it will show what time of day it is. The school bell sound will be
used in the background of the narrator so it will not sound completely quiet
and have dead air in the background.
Bedroom:
The bedroom
in my house will be used to create the sounds of cleaning the bedroom. It is a
perfect location to use as I can recreate the sounds of opening and closing
wardrobes and cupboards to demonstrate that the person is putting their clothes
away or are cleaning their bedroom. It also portrays how it actually sounds in
a bedroom, also I have a tv in my bedroom and with the help of the tv I can
make sounds by changing the channels on the remote control or clicking the
buttons, I could also keep the tv on in the background to make the room more
atmospheric.
